Duck Gyoza: Gyoza fried rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 1 egg
  • 5cm leek, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 5 Gyoza

Preparation

Step 1
Heat oil in frying pan over high heat.
Step 2
Add egg and gently break the yolk.
Step 3
Add rice and leek. Mix well.
Step 4
Season rice with salt, pepper and gently add soy sauce along the side of pan.
Step 5
Add fried gyoza and serve in a dome shape.
