Tapenade with green olives
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer
- 100 g of pitted green olives
- 1/2 tbsp of capers
- 10 leaves of basil
- 7 g pine nuts
- 1/2 clove of garlic
Sweet and sour plum sauce
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- 45 g of plum sauce
- 4 cl of soy sauce
- 2 cl of vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 5 cl of Japanese broth or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Ketchup & chili
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- 40 g of ketchup
- 50 g of chili sauce
- 1 cl of fish sauce (nuoc-mâm)
- 20 g of BBQ sauce or Hoi Sin
- 1 cl of lemon juice
Sweet chili & mayo
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 50 ml of sweet chili sauce
- 1 c / s crushed peanuts
- The juice of half a lemon
Yogurt sauce
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- 1 jar (120g) Greek yogurt (or plain cheese or plain yoghurt)
- 25 g grilled and mixed white sesame
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
- 3 chopped coriander branches
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of salt
Avocado Dip
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- 1 mashed avocado
- 1/2 tbsp brown miso
- 1 tablespoon grilled black sesame
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Peanut sauce
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- 70 g unsweetened peanut butter (peanut butter)
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 cl of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 5 cl of chicken broth
Walnuts with miso
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer
- 40 g brown miso
- 50 g of nuts
- 25 g of honey or sugar
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 5 cl of Japanese broth or chicken broth
