Chicken Gyoza : Parmesan crusted gyoza

Ingredients

  • 8 gyoza
  • 8 cl of water
  • 2 tbsp parmesan powder
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1
Mix the water, parmesan powder, flour and chilli in a small bowl.
Step 2
Sear the gyozas
Step 3
When the gyoza is lightly browned, pour the parmesan mixture and cover for a few minutes (5 min)
Step 4
Remove the gyoza delicately to avoid breaking them, and arrange them on a plate
