Chicken Gyoza : Veggie don
Ingredients
- 1 bowl of rice (250-300 g)
- 5 gyoza with fried vegetables
- 1/2 avocado cut into cubes
- 1/10 of cucumber cut in brunoise
- 1 g dried seaweed (wakame) to rehydrate in water
- 2 tbsp chives and garlic sauce
- 15 cl of soy sauce
- 1 cl of sesame oil
- a pinch of hot pepper or 1 tbsp of spicy sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Press the rehydrated seaweed lightly and cut them
Step 2
Mix avocado, cucumber and seaweed in a salad bowl
Step 3
Put the rice in the bottom of a bowl
Step 4
Place the avocado mixture in the middle, the gyoza around the avocado
Step 5
Mix the sauces, sesame oil and chilli and serve separately in a small pot
