Chicken Gyoza : Teriyaki don

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of rice (250-300 g)
  • 5 fried chicken gyozas
  • 100 g (2 leaves) Chinese cabbage cut into sticks
  • 50 g carrot cut into matches
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 5 cl of plum sauce

Preparation

Step 1
Sear the gyoza and remove the pan
Step 2
Sear the carrots for 1 minute
Step 3
Add the Chinese cabbage and continue cooking
Step 4
When the vegetables are cooked, add the sauce
Step 5
Mix gently with gyoza
Step 6
Put rice in a bowl and arrange vegetables and gyoza
