Vegetable Gyoza: Tomato and Feta Gratin

  • 1 can of whole tomato (around 400g)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 
1 onion, minced
  • 
5 cl olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried origano (optional)
  • Salt
Pepper
  • Feta
  • cheese
  • Gyoza

Preparation

Step 1
Prepare the tomato sauce:
 - In a pan caramelize garlic in olive oil
 - Add onion and cook for 5 min
 - Add tomato, crush lightly
 - Continue to cook 20-30min under low heat
Step 2
Spread tomato sauce in a ramekin plate.
Step 3
Place frozen gyoza and feta cheese.

Step 4
Cook in oven 180°C for 10 min.
