For 5 gyoza
- 65g flour (type 45) 5g paprika
- 12 cl water
- 1g baking powder 1 pinch salt
- Frying oil

Step 1
Make tempura batter:
Mix ingredients in a bowl
Step 2
Heat oil to 180°C.
Step 3
Dip gyoza in the batter and place in pan. 4. Cook for around 2 minutes.
