  • 1 aubergine
  • Oil for fying
  • 5 Gyoza

 

Hoi sin marinade sauce:

  • 3-4 tbsp hoi sin sauce 20cl chicken broth

  • 5cl rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

Preparation

Step 1
Cut aubergine in long pieces.
Step 2
Fry in 180-190°C oil.
Step 3
Drain and soak in marinade (for at least 1 hour).
