Ingredients
- 1 aubergine
- Oil for fying
- 5 Gyoza
Hoi sin marinade sauce:
- 3-4 tbsp hoi sin sauce 20cl chicken broth
- 5cl rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Cut aubergine in long pieces.
Step 2
Fry in 180-190°C oil.
Step 3
Drain and soak in marinade (for at least 1 hour).
