Yakitori YK002
Yakitori means grilled chicken in Japanese, and is commonly a Japanese type of skewered chicken. Each yakitori is made of several bite-sized pieces of chicken meat, skewered on a bamboo skewer, marinated in Teriyaki sauce and grilled over charcoal by hand.

Chicken meat 58% (origin: Thailand), water, soy sauce 3.1% (water, soy bean, wheat, salt), sugar, glucose syrup, sweet cooking rice wine 1.5% (glucose, water, glutinous rice, alcohol, rice koji (aspergillus oryzae)), starch (tapioca, potato), modified starch, flavour enhancer (E621), xylose, rice vinegar, salt, stabilisers (E500, E331), colour (E150c).
